Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us right away. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
We offer exchanges for items of equal value.
Returns
You may return an item within 30 days from the date of receipt. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchase. However, we are happy to provide a store credit for the value of your purchase, which can be used toward any future order.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
