Eligibility
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect — in which case we will repair, replace, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos so we can resolve it quickly:
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer a store credit if approved before returning the item.
Return Conditions
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Proof of purchase is required
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
